By placing an order with Baggles Studio, you agree to assume responsibility for all relevant taxes and fees. Please note, the declared value of a package will not be adjusted to meet customs threshold requirements.

For pre-orders and orders, cancellations will incur a fee, which varies based on the order's value. To inquire about the cancellation fee, please email us at bagglesstudio@gmail.com. Cancellations will only be processed once the customer agrees to have the fee deducted from the order’s payment. Refunds will be issued exclusively in AUD (Australian Dollars) and not in local currencies.

Replacement parts are available only to customers who have purchased applicable products through our website. They can be requested after receipt and inspection of the order. Availability of spare parts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, subject to production availability.

Baggles Studio reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

Any international orders (outside of Australia) that are submitted with a shipping address in Australia will be cancelled due to the disparity in postage costs.
